Newcastle United and Manchester United meet in the Premier League on Saturday night with the game kicking off at 8pm.
Both sides picked up draws in the Champions League this week but Newcastle's was far more impressive a feat than Man United's 3-3 draw with Galatasaray which saw the Red Devils throw away a two-goal lead.
Newcastle will still be reeling from the manner in which they lost their one-goal advantage over Paris Saint-Germain with a ridiculous penalty decision deep into second-half stoppage time.
The contrasting performances could be a good indication of how the game will go on Saturday night with Paul Merson expecting a big Newcastle win.
Chris Sutton has also made his prediction for the BBC and it seems he's of the same mind as Merson.
"Manchester United did some good things going forward against Galatasaray in the Champions League on Wednesday, but they also did some bad things at the back.
"Newcastle United will feel hard done by after the way they lost to Paris St-Germain on Tuesday and I think we'll see a strong performance from them back at St James' Park.
"Eddie Howe's side hammered Chelsea at home last weekend and I think they will overrun Manchester United too. This could be a difficult evening for Erik ten Hag, and the end of his side's run of good results in the league.
"Sutton's prediction: 3-1"
Newcastle absolutely smashed Chelsea to bits last weekend and it seems that pundits are expecting a similar hiding is coming Manchester United's way.
It's a late kick-off on a Saturday near Christmas, so the atmosphere will be ... jolly. Mehrdad Ghodoussi and Jamie Reuben may well get their wish on Saturday night as we expect St James' Park to be rocking.
If Newcastle pull off this 3-1 win that both Paul Merson and Chris Sutton have predicted then it's going to be party time in the Toon!
