Crystal Palace are on a huge press tour at the moment it seems with Steve Parish, Joachim Andersen and now Marc Guehi all being thrust into the media spotlight ahead of the Premier League opener at the weekend.
Palace, of course, feature in Sky Sports' line-up on Sunday as they face Brentford at 2pm, so it makes sense that the media have been following them around for quotes that will go along with the broadcast.
You have to feel for Guehi, though, knowing that there's this whole transfer saga going on and being pushed out to face the media when he knows he's going to be asked awkward questions about his future.
And that is exactly what happened when he spoke to Sky Sports News today.
Without being directly asked about his future, Guehi was asked if he can put all the speculation about his move to Newcastle to one side.
"I can, I've been doing it my whole life really. I've never really been one to be looking too much into myself, if that makes sense.
"But I think it's always important to focus on what truly is important, and that's the game at the weekend, making sure that for the rest of the season as a team we're at it."
Guehi did well to sidestep the question really, but you could tell he was bracing for the worst when the interview said "We spoke to Steve Parish yesterday". You can see Guehi gulp as he braced for the questions around Newcastle.
Fortunately for him, the interviewer focused on the positive words Parish said about Guehi rather than the transfer speculation.
This still doesn't move us any further forward one way or another, but it does sound like Marc Guehi is expecting to be in the starting lineup for Crystal Palace on Sunday.
