I wasn't expecting to tear up first thing this morning when I woke up, and I definitely wasn't expecting it to be because of Newcastle United's X account.
As I do most mornings, the first thing I do when I wake up is to check my phone and go through the notifications, one of which this morning was a post notification for the Newcastle United X account for a post that said: "One of a kind".
I tapped on the notification and was greeted by a five-minute video of images of the late, great Sir Bobby Robson as former players spoke about his significance and brilliance,
Like most Newcastle fans, I have such a huge place in my heart for Sir Bobby. I never met the man, but I loved him like a family member.
In the video Alan Shearer speaks about how Sir Bobby Robson rescued his career after being left dejected by Ruud Gullit.
Shearer hadn't scored in 10 games and wasn't enjoying his football, and then, in Bobby's first home game in charge, Newcastle demolished Sheffield Wednesday 8-0 with Big Al bagging five.
Steve Harper, Shay Given and Shola Ameobi all contribute to the video, praising the man and the manager.
It has been 15 years since we lost the great man but his legacy lives on.
I'll never forget that image of Bobby being wheeled onto the St James' Park pitch at the charity match in his honour in what would be his final public appearance. I bawled like a child with a skinned knee.
Sir Bobby Robson: a true gentleman, a legend of the game and a hero to Newcastle United fans. Truly one of the best of us. Rest in peace, Sir Bobby.
