Newcastle United are on the road again facing Tottenham Hotspur in London on Sunday.

Both sides go into the game needing a win. Newcastle need to prove that they can win away from home while Tottenham simply need to prove they can win.

Spurs are winless in five games while Newcastle have won only once on the road this season. Both teams were in action on Thursday night and both were beaten, so both managers will be looking for a reaction on Sunday.

Eddie Howe's exhausted Mags

Eddie Howe is likely to have to play the same outfield 10 as he's done for the last four games now, but there are whispers that Sean Longstaff and Callum Wilson could make the bench on Sunday which would be a huge boost.

It's going to be a tough game to call but BBC pundit Chris Sutton has gone rather spicy with his prediction.

"Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou needs a positive result after taking only one point from the past five games.

"But we already know he will carry on playing in the same way, which means anything can happen here.

"Newcastle's away form has not been great recently, with just one league win on the road so far this season, but they are not going to change their approach either.

"Both teams are missing some key players through injury but neither side will just try to shut up shop. I feel like this is going to be really open, with both teams going for it... and lots of goals.

"Sutton's prediction: 3-3"

Not sure where Newcastle are going to pull three goals from at the moment

To be honest, we'd love to know where three goals are going to come from for us given the fact our players are all running on empty. Our finishing last night was woeful.

Although it would be the most Newcastle thing ever if we turned up and gave them a pasting after looking so poor on Thursday.

Given our away form, we'd take that point, especially if it's a 3-3, at least it'll be entertaining.
