Newcastle's 'brilliant' forward comes out of hiding as he is pictured at Adidas HQ training camp

Newcastle United flew out to Germany on Monday morning to partake in a week-long training camp at Adidas' World of Sports HQ.

Most players returned to training on Thursday last week with the club releasing galleries from Thursday and Friday's training sessions.

They then followed up with a few images of the lads boarding their plane to Germany on Monday morning.

However, while the absence of some key players can be explained away due to their involvement in international tournaments this summer, one big star's absence from the photos was causing fans some concern.

Alexander Isak has finally been pictured in pre-season training

Star forward, Alexander Isak had been absent from all images leading fans to wonder what was going on.

Sweden didn't qualify for Euro 2024, and while they did play a couple of friendlies pre-tournament, it was unlikely that Isak would have been handed much of an extra break, however, given that Emil Krafth also just reappeared today, it seems that's exactly what happened.

Thankfully, the man labeled as 'brilliant' by Robbie Mustoe has now been pictured in training out in Germany.

Given all the speculation about the likes of Arsenal being interested in a move for Isak, his absence naturally caused a few nervous fans to question where he'd been.

It doesn't matter where he has been, what matters is that he's back and we've seen him all kitted up in the new Adidas gear at the Adidas HQ and that's all we need.

Now we can watch him gear up to take that Golden Boot next season.
