Newcastle United Football Club is inviting supporters to a consultation session at St. James' Park on Monday the 11th of September as part of the planning process for the "STACK" fan zone at Strawberry Place.

The session will run from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. BST and attendees can reserve a 20-minute window to review the plans and offer their thoughts, either verbally or via feedback forms.

The club calls the consultation a "critical phase in the planning journey", which comes after a recent survey of season ticket holders. People are strongly encouraged to attend and offer their thoughts, with Newcastle's leadership hoping for as much feedback as possible.

NUFC say that visuals, including both internal and external CGI images, will be showcased during the event. The hope is that these will offer fans, local community members, and the general public an in-depth look at the proposed designs for the location.

If given the green light, the fan area will apparently offer "a vibrant food, beverage, and entertainment hub for fans attending matches at St. James' Park". It will also serve as "a lively leisure spot" during weekdays, in line with the STACK brand ethos.

Constructed from recycled shipping containers and centred around a main plaza and stage, the temporary setup aims to draw a diverse crowd of punters. It will feature a range of events and activities suitable for families.

If you'd like to reserve a time for the consultation, the club has created a Typeform that only takes a few minutes to fill out. Slots are available from 4–4.20 p.m. up to 6.40–7 p.m. and don't appear to have a limit on participants.

If you need a reminder of what the club, STACK, and Sela are proposing for Strawberry Place we wrote an in-depth article on the plans back in early August.
