Alexander Isak was asked by Swedish outlet Fotbollsmorgon whether he plays Fantasy Premier League and his answer was the most Alexander Isak thing ever.

We've mentioned it a few times before but Alexander Isak's competitive streak is unbelievable. It makes sense that he's such a good footballer because the man lives to win.

I again refer to the infamous Guess Who? strop that turned him into a cockney wideboy but there are other examples in the challenge videos of Isak taking things a bit too seriously.

This feeds directly into his reason behind not playing FPL, and we have to say, we're glad he doesn't.

Alexander Isak doesn't play FPL because he'd be too selfish on the pitch

Isak says he doesn't play FPL because he'd become too selfish on the pitch trying to get his score up.

When he was asked if people should captain him for the upcoming clash with Wolves after scoring four goals in his last three games, Isak gave a surprise response.

"Nah. It's much better to hear when people have transferred me out and then score two goals, that's a much better feeling."

A brace on Sunday would be nice

He's an odd one is that Alexander, but there must definitely be a smug satisfaction that comes from those moments.

Let's hope that regardless of what you do with your FPL heading into this weekend that Isak bags a brace, in fact, let's hope he finally gets that elusive first hat-trick.

After all, he's got some ground to make up on Erling Haaland in the race for the Golden Boot.
