We said earlier that this story changes hourly and now there's another fresh take on Kieran Trippier's Newcastle United future.
Just this morning we wrote that Newcastle would block any approaches for their vice-captain Kieran Trippier amid reports of three Turkish clubs looking at making loan moves for the 33-year-old.
Trippier, who turns 34 later this month, has fallen down the pecking order at Newcastle with Tino Livramento taking his place in the starting eleven. On top of that, Bruno Guimaraes has jumped over him in the leadership group and has taken the captain's armband with Trippier remaining vice-captain.
Combined with his troubles at home, Trippier is said to be considering his future at Newcastle.
Fenerbahce, Besiktas and Eyupspor are all lining up to take the man hailed as 'unreal' by Declan Rice on loan for the season and all are said to be prepared to insert an obligation to buy in their deal.
As for whether Trippier will leave Newcastle or not remains to be seen with outlets reporting conflicting stories. Sky Sports suggested that Trippier could leave and join one of the aforementioned Turkish clubs while Craig Hope said at the weekend there's no truth to the rumours.
This morning Football Insider were claiming that Newcastle would reject any offers and now Caught Offside are saying that Trippier is in talks to terminate his contract.
Trippier signed a contract extension last year which went largely unnoticed, so he does actually have two years remaining on his deal.
Should Turkey not appeal to the former England star, there is said to be interest from Saudi Arabia too with Tripps heading to the Middle East during his summer break.
We expect there'll be a few more twists and turns before we finally get a definitive answer on Trippier's future when the Turkish and Saudi transfer markets close.
