Bruno and Joelinton's partners spotted in away end at Burnley - Ana made a quality fashion choice

Joelinton made his return to action for Newcastle United as a late substitute against Burnley in the 4-1 win after four months on the sidelines.

Newcastle had been sorely missing Joelinton in the middle of the park this year after the 27-year-old as ruled out after undergoing groin surgery.

Confirmation, if you needed it, of just how big a player Joelinton is for Newcastle, the Brazilian finished the game with the second-most tackles of any Newcastle player against Burnley, despite only playing around 20 minutes.

His return to the pitch was greeted with huge cheers from the away end at Turf Moor where Joelinton's partner was spotted hugging Bruno Guimaraes' partner as J7 made his return.

One opportunistic fan seized his moment and had his photo taken with Ana Martins (Bruno's wife) and Thays Gondim (Joelinton's partner). Paully (@paullynufc79) posted the snap to X and we couldn't help but be impressed by Ana's choice of shirt for the occasion.

Ana was sporting the famous black and white but it's the fact that it was the 1993-95 top that really impressed us.

It would have been one thing had she been wearing this season's shirt, or indeed any of the ones that Bruno has adorned, but to pull out a retro one like that is just quality.

How anyone can look at these four and think anyone wants to move away is beyond us

We loved seeing Thay's excitement at Joelinton's return and mixed with Ana's retro top, we can't help but feel this adds to the idea that our Brazilian duo are here to stay.

The two players have become fast friends and it seems that the same can be said about their partners. They're building quite a life for themselves on Tyneside, so why throw that away just yet?

Let's add another Brazilian or two this summer just to make them feel even more settled.
