Alexander Isak and Lewis Miley start - Newcastle United lineup to take on Nottingham Forest

Eddie Howe has named his squad to face Nottingham Forest in the Premier League Boxing Day clash which will kick off at 12:30 and is live on Prime Video.

Howe has gone strong with his XI as we predicted, in fact, the only player we got wrong with our prediction was Joelinton who has made the bench but didn't make it to the starting XI.

Alexander Isak has come in to start up front as we expected after Callum Wilson has started the last four matches. The dynamic duo of Fabian Schar and Sven Botman have been reuinted which is awesome to see.

Lewis Miley is in from the start over Joelinton, although we expect they will be swapped on the hour mark.

Chris Wood starts for Forest after scoring last time out so we'll see a familiar face in the opposition lineup.

Newcastle have a strong side out here and should have enough about them to see this one through - but we said that about Luton too.

The Toon Army should push the lads on to a win here

The home crowd has done its job all season and we expect that will be the difference again here, although Forest won't make it easy.

Three points is absolutely necessary today otherwise things will start getting ugly around the club we reckon.
