You can't have a Newcastle United party without some help from Wor Flags, it just wouldn't be right.
The fan group responsible for the famous St James' Park, and indeed Wembley displays have been hard at work lifting the party atmosphere in Newcastle city centre as the players parade the Carabao Cup trophy through the streets on a specially decorated open-top bus.
The turnout was absolutely unbelievable, as the streets were awash with black and white. It was truly a stunning sight.
Rooftops around the city had flag wavers placed on them, fans in the crowd had their own flags and banners to show the lads their support and appreciation for bringing an end to the Newcastle trophy drought.
However, perhaps the most impressive move that Wor Flags made was unfurling a banner of Eddie Howe from the top of the Sandman Hotel adjacent to St James' Park.
The massive banner was draped down the side of the hotel showing Eddie Howe in celebration after a Newcastle win.
Adam Stoker spoke to The Chronicle on behalf of Wor Flags and tried to put into words just what this cup win means to the fans and the city.
"It’s probably a cliché but it really does mean everything. As the final whistle blew at Wembley I looked round and saw tears everywhere.
"People I’ve known most my life who rarely show emotion and have followed this club everywhere were bawling their eyes out. It just shows how special this moment was to our city and its people.
"Bruno’s words spoke to us all. We’ve had a generation who’ve grown up and died without knowing Newcastle United having success, and that’s why it means so much that this time, was finally the time.
"We’re all absolutely thrilled that the whole city will be able to celebrate this achievement together with a parade. It’ll be an incredible day for families and friends, so a huge thank you to those who have made this happen."
Wor Flags have been at the centre of every impressive atmosphere that has been created at Newcastle's home in recent years with their stunning flag creations and displays.
The people behind it all are volunteers and don't earn a penny for their hard work, nor do they receive any monetary support for the club, instead relying on donations from fans.
If you want to contribute to Wor Flags you can do so via their website where you can also learn more about the group.
