The Newcastle United are out in Austria for what was meant to be a warm-weather training camp as they ramp up their pre-season preparations.
Eddie Howe moaned about the weather in an interview with NUFC TV yesterday, but it hasn't derailed their plans to get back up to fitness.
It hasn't all been graft for graft's sake, though, as the lads have been seen riding bikes, and now channelling their inner Meryl Streep and taking to the River Wild for a spot of white-water rafting.
Things got a bit competitive out on the water as teams were pitted against each other in a series of challenges.

There was plenty of banter out on the water, and we could see Dan Burn and Anthony Elanga both getting very competitive.
Meanwhile, Will Osula was his usual mental self, jumping off the boat trying to do Cristiano Ronaldo's famous "SIUUUU" celebration, leading to his shout being cut off immediately as he went under the water.
But we can't let this video go by without commenting on Fabian Schar. As the lads came out of the changing rooms in their wetsuits (drysuits?) and helmets, looking about as dorky as you can get, Fab sashays towards the water with his suit unzipped, looking like a runway model and making straight men everywhere question their sexuality.
Football returns tomorrow as Celtic host Newcastle in a pre-season friendly
The lads will wrap up their Austrian adventure today as they head to Bonny Scotland to take on Celtic at Celtic Park tomorrow in the first pre-season friendly in front of the fans.
Newcastle fans are set to take over Glasgow with over 10,000 Geordies heading up for the game.
