Two changes as Lewis Miley returns: Our predicted Starting XI for Newcastle United to take on PSV
Newcastle United take on PSV at St James' Park in the Champions League on Wednesday night. Kick-off is at 8 pm live on TNT Sports.
The Magpies could take another step towards progression in Europe's elite competition, but it won't be easy against a side who haven't lost away from home all season.
Newcastle have been solid at home, but have already lost at St James' Park in the Champions League when Barcelona paid us a visit.
We expect Eddie Howe to make a couple of changes to Sunday's lineup for this game, but it won't be as drastic as some may feel it needs to be after that toothless display.
Goalkeeper
Nick Pope - If we want to look for positives from Sunday, Pope kept a clean sheet.
Defenders
Lewis Miley - It's surely too soon to make Kieran Trippier play two games back-to-back in such quick succession, so we expect Miley to return.
Malick Thiaw - Ain't no rest for the wicked. One booking away from suspension.
Sven Botman - We're sure he wasn't carted out to do the press conference for nothing.
Lewis Hall - Our shining light in the mire that was Sunday's draw with Wolves.
Midfielders
Bruno Guimaraes (c) - We need him to step up and lead on Wednesday.
Sandro Tonali - We toyed with dropping him after Sunday, but with Miley replacing Trippier, we think he'll stay in, but he's got to improve massively.
Joelinton - Walking a tightrope, being one booking away from suspension, but he's going to be needed.
Forwards
Harvey Barnes - Stick with the only man who offers us anything up front these days.
Yoane Wissa - It's his turn to start.
Anthony Gordon - Because who else is he going to play on the left?
Newcastle's Champions League squad is teeny tiny, so we expect two goalkeepers on the bench and not a great deal of options. What fun.
