Newcastle United are among a host of clubs keeping tabs on Matias Soule's position at Juventus after reports came out that the Italian club would be open to offers for the winger.

Matias Soule has been on loan at Frosinone this season where he's built up a solid reputation for himself, garnering a lot of attention from other club.

Yet despite this, Juventus are willing to sell the 21-year-old winger, who has been likened to Lionel Messi, this summer if an appropriate bid comes in.

Juventus' financial struggles are no big secret, and it's because of this the club must seriously consider any reasonable offers for their players in the upcoming transfer window.

Juventus have already started fielding offers for Soule

That being said, however, they clearly won't be bullied into letting any of their players go for less than what they deem them to be worth after TuttoJuve recently reported that The Old Lady have received bids for Soule, but nothing close to what the club would accept.

Offers around the £21million mark have been made, but it's a fair way short of Juventus' expectations.

It has been reported that Juve are expecting more in the region of £35million for the 21-year-old if they are to let him leave ahead of next season.

Aston Villa could gazump Newcastle in the race for Soule

The Argentine has bagged 11 Serie A goals this season for Frosinone in 32 outings, as well as picking up three assists.

It's believed that as well as Newcastle, Aston Villa are keen on making a move too. Should Villa beat Tottenham to the fourth Champions League spot, that could make life much more difficult for Newcastle who are looking at qualifying for the Europa Conference League.

Newcastle have big stars such as Bruno Guimaraes and Alexander Isak who they could use as bait to bring Soule on board. Tempting the young winger to be the one to supply a world-class striker like Isak next season should be a good persuasion tool.
