Teenager Lewis Miley made his first Champions League start for Newcastle United last night as they drew 1-1 with Paris Saint-Germain.

If it wasn't for his baby face there's no way you'd know that Miley is just 17 years old given how well he played last night.

Miley has made five appearances for Newcastle this season, picking up an assist in the game against Chelsea at the weekend, and in every game he's played, even looking back at his debut against Chelsea last season, he's looked like he's been part of this first team for years.

A surprise name appeared in Miley's comments

Newcastle have a generational talent on their hands and he is destined for big things.

He's even caught the attention of former Newcastle United winger Wayne Routledge who commented on Miley's Instagram post after last night's game, simply leaving a strong arm emoji.

Routledge made 34 appearances for Newcastle between 2010-2011 scoring three goals.

Miley's fellow youngsters praised their teammate

Out of all the players we would expect to see popping up on Miley's Instagram, Wayne Routledge probably wouldn't even have featured on the list, but it's great to see him still taking an interest in the club after all these years.

Other players who commented were the likes of Kieran Trippier, Michael Ndiweni, Bobby Clark, Alex Murphy and Ben Parkinson.

It won't be long before Jude Bellingham is sliding into his DMs asking for tips.
