The second edition of the Sela Cup?

Last season, we saw the Sela Cup hosted at St James' Park for the very first time.

The Magpies took on Nice and Europa Conference League runners-up Fiorentina, fans were treated to a nice pre-season trophy that gave the fans something to cheer about following a successful season.

It will most likely be the same format for the upcoming Sela Weekender, with the Magpies defending their title for the first time.

The Saturday game is still yet to be revealed.
