Earlier today Newcastle United's official X account teased that a video would drop at 7pm looking back on three years under Eddie Howe.

There was no indication of how long the video would be and had I known going in it was going to he 30 minutes, I'd have taken a muscle relaxant because my face aches from grinning from ear to ear for half an hour straight.

The video contains interviews with fans, the man himself Eddie Howe, BBC Radio Newcastle's commentator, Matthew Raisbeck as well as Sean Longstaff, Dan Burn and Joelinton.

It looks over some key moments from Eddie Howe's tenure at St James' Park and brought back some absolutely belting memories and iconic images.

Eddie Howe has delivered some quality moments in the last three years

What really stood out by the end is just how much the players adore Howe. Longstaff referred to him as a father figure while Joelinton said he's the best manager he's ever worked under, as did Dan Burn who said he's like no other.

We saw clips of iconic moments like Jacob Murphy's gaping maw after hitting the third goal against Tottenham, Alexander Isak standing with his hands on his hips waiting for the ball to hit the net against West Ham and of course the four goals against Paris Saint-Germain.

Naturally, while the players were all singing Howe's praises and reminiscing positively about the key moments, Eddie Howe was his usual calm self saying he doesn't like to look back as the future is what's important.

Here's to more Eddie Howe moments 🍻

If you haven't watched it yet, grab a cuppa, a beer, a glass of wine or any or all of the aforementioned and settle in for a magnificent 30 minutes.

I'd love to know what those who think Newcastle should move on from Eddie Howe think if they watch it, whether it brings them back onto Howe's side or not.

For me, it's very obvious that the players would run through brick walls for Howe, so even when times are hard, you can always bet that they'll turn it around. Is it worth risking that kind of loyalty and respect for the sake of a 'bigger name'? Not for me.
