The international break is over, and it's back to proper football this weekend as Newcastle United welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to St James' Park in the Premier League.

It's Newcastle's last chance to nab some Premier League points and boost their confidence ahead of the huge midweek game against Barcelona in the Champions League.

Wolves are currently rock bottom in the Premier League with zero points, but Newcastle aren't faring much better with just two points to show for their domination against the likes of Aston Villa and Liverpool.

Now, with two strikers through the door, Newcastle will be hoping that finding goals will be a bit easier, as that's really all that has been missing from the performances so far.

Nick Woltemade has taken part in his first Newcastle United training session

Speaking of goals and new strikers, the club posted a clip of new record signing Nick Woltemade in his first training session with his new club on social media yesterday.

As good as it was to see our new star forward in action while wearing Newcastle United-branded gear, there was something in the background that gave fans a bit of a boost ahead of Saturday's match.

Brazilian beast, Joelinton has returned to training after picking up an injury in the game against Liverpool and ultimately missing out against Leeds United.

Joelinton's return will be a huge boost to everybody - except maybe Jacob Ramsey

It was expected that Joelinton would be back in action after the international break, and seeing him line up ahead of a training session has suggested that Newcastle's midfield will be back to 100% on Saturday.

Jacob Ramsey filled in well in Joelinton's absence, but there's just something reassuring about seeing his name alongside Bruno Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali.

His involvement should be a big boost to the rest of the team as well as the fans. HOWAY JOELINTON!
