Australian teenage star Garang Kuol will make his senior debut for Newcastle United during their post-season tour in his home country.
The 19-year-old has spent the season with now-relegated Eredivisie side Volendam but has struggled for game time since the club saw a backroom restructure in November.
Kuol will link up with Eddie Howe's side as he makes a triumphant return Down Under after leaving for Newcastle in 2023.
Kuol will be the first Australian to play for Newcastle since Curtis Good's FA Cup appearance in 2017.
Kuol has been used as one of the leading attractions ahead of Newcastle's game against the A-League all-stars at the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne.
A statement on social media said: "It's official! Garang Kuol will be in Newcastle United's squad for Global Football Week Melbourne. We can't wait to see you again.
"Kuol will grace the A-League All Stars stage once more, albeit as an opposition player for Premier League giants Newcastle United.
"Kuol is locked in to travel to Melbourne for Newcastle's showdown with the A-League All Stars Men side at Marvel Stadium on May 24."
Newcastle will jet out Down Under after their final Premier League game of the season away at Brentford.
They will face Australian Ange Postecoglu managed Tottenham Hotspur before a game against the A-League all stars.
The post-season trip could bring in £3million for Newcastle.
Club CCO Peter Silverstone told Chronicle Live: "You have to build profile. If you’re trying to build a fanbase, then it doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t happen with the click of a finger. You have to invest time and effort into travelling to new markets."
