Newcastle United's crop of internationals has grown in the years since the PIF-backed takeover, particularly England internationals.
Kieran Trippier and Fabian Schar recently retired from internationals, while Callum Wilson's England days are probably behind him now, too.
However, Newcastle still have Nick Pope, who is an and out of the England setup along with Anthony Gordon, Tino LIvramento and Lewis Hall, who all broke through in the last year.
Joelinton broke into the Brazil squad but hasn't featured for a while, while his bestie, Bruno Guimaraes is a constant fixture. Emil Krafth and Alexander Isak represent Sweden while Sandro Tonali is a big player for Italy. Martin Dubravka and Odysseas Vlachodimos are entrusted to keep goal for Slovakia and Greece, respectively, and even Jamal Lewis keeps getting called up for Northern Ireland despite not playing at club level.
We've probably missed some really obvious ones there, too, but there's now a good chance that another player could be joining that group on the senior internationals list.
Jacob Murphy is being looked at for a callup. While Eddie Howe has touted the winger for England in an interview recently, as reported by The Chronicle, he could also be set for a call from Nigeria.
"Thomas [Tuchel] will no doubt be looking carefully at all of our players that qualify to play for England. He has been at a number of games.
"Yeah, Jacob is in good form. My message to him is to continue in the vein he has been. He is creating a lot of goals and chances for the team. He also could have scored more himself.
"He's been unlucky a few times. Jacob is a great character, great lad and I really wish him well and hope he can carry on where he has left off."
We think it's probably a stretch for Murphy to be selected for England by Thomas Tuchel, but given he qualifies to play for Nigeria through his father. There's a chance that new Nigeria boss Eric Chelle could look to the Newcastle star to bolster his options.
Hardly anyone has deserved this extra recognition this season more than Jacob Murphy after the winger stood up when needed to push Newcastle along. Dan Burn has done a similar thing in defence, and if not for his age, we'd be pushing him for an England call, but we think that ship may have sailed.
Both of those upturns in form are testament to the hard work from Eddie Howe and his team, though. Turning average players into international quality performers is Howe's signature move.
