'Hello London': Newcastle United sponsor Sela lights up London ahead of Geordie invasion this weekend

Saudi-based events company, Sela have once again lit up a city in the name of Newcastle United.

Newcastle's front-of-shirt sponsor has form when it comes to impressive light-based displays having put on an impressive drone display above St James' Park to mark the Magpies' return to the Champions League.

As well as that, they also put on a stunning display on the Newcastle quayside, projecting a video of Newcastle's history onto the Baltic Flour Mill along with holographic projections on the River Tyne itself.

Sela have also ordered limited edition black and white scarves for every Newcastle fan attending the Carabao Cup final on Sunday to help generate the most intimidating and impressive atmosphere possible.

Not content with that, though, Sela took over Millbank Tower in our Nation's capital last night, painting it black and white with another light show.

The magnificent display projected the images of Newcastle's top players onto the tower along with iconic imagery of the Tyne Bridge and Wembley stadium.

At one point, the aforementioned limited-edition scarves take centre stage so fans get an early peek of what will be waiting for them on their seat on Sunday.

Phrases such as "We don't do quiet" and "Here to dream" flashed up as part of the display.

It seemingly came out of nowhere, with little to no advanced warning. There I was getting angry at my aging reflexes and getting hammered on Call of Duty while Sela was preparing London for what's to come.

Rumours are swirling that should Newcastle United win on Sunday, London's bars will shut down. It has already been confirmed that trains heading back to Newcastle will be alcohol-free, but do they really think that's going to stop the Geordie Boys from celebrating? Not a chance.
