Eddie Howe reverts to back three - Newcastle United starting XI to take on Arsenal

Newcastle United and Arsenal are set to meet at St James' Park at 4:30pm live on Sky Sports.

Anthony Gordon has returned to the starting lineup in the Premier League after completing his three-game suspension following his red card against Liverpool.

Newcastle will be relying on the energy of Tino Livramento and Jacob Murphy

Tino Livramento and Jacob Murphy will operate as wingbacks by the look of things, with Anthony Gordon supporting Nick Woltemade up front.

The midfield trio of Joelinton, Sandro Tonali and Bruno Guimaraes is reunited after Eddie Howe had been rotating the trio.

At the back, Sven Botman and Malick Thiaw will be joined by Dan Burn in a back three.

Arsenal's side has plenty of goals in it

Leandro Trossard also starts, along with Declan Rice. There are goals all over the pitch for the visitors.
