Newcastle United are gearing up for the visit of Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday night, live on Sky Sports, with an 8:15 pm kick-off.

The games are coming thick and fast for the Magpies, but after Saturday's big win at Everton, we're sure everyone is ready for whatever comes next.

Saturday's win over Everton was a comprehensive team effort with every man putting in a top performance to ensure the victory.

Eddie Howe spoke to the media on Monday morning (via The Chronicle), and he confirmed that there are no fresh injury concerns in the group, so the same team could go again if needed.

Sven isn't having much luck with injuries

Sven Botman is going to see a specialist about his back injury

While Howe has no new injury concerns, the news around Sven Botman is slightly worrying, with the Dutch defender heading for a scan after missing out on Saturday.

"No fresh injuries, we'll have a good look at the lads today. Sven is going to see a specialist in the next couple of days to get a definitive opinion on whether he needs an injection or rest for a few days and go from there."

Fingers crossed it's nothing too serious. The lad has had pure hell with injuries over the last couple of years and was enjoying a good run in the side.

Newcastle have the personnel to cover if Sven Botman is injured but it's still a big blow

Dan Burn was excellent back in his preferred position on Saturday, and as long as Lewis Hall is fit and ready to go again so quickly, then we've got plenty of cover for an absent Botman.

If Tino Livramento and Lewis Hall are both fit to start another game so soon, then that can only be a good thing for Eddie Howe. The pair have absolutely transformed the way the team plays since their returns from injury.

We aren't a one or two-man team by any means, but the difference they make to how we play and ultimately, our fortunes on the pitch, is genuinely wild.
