Player Ratings 90 minutes

Nick Pope - 8

A solid game for Pope, who did exactly what was required of him when he was needed

Javier Manquillo -7

Given his first start of the season and taken off in the second half for Trippier to give him a chance to rest

Jamaal Lascelles - 7

Played well throughout and kept a clean sheet in the 90.

Dan Burn -7

Played at CB and probably will feel he should have scored. Defensively sound but will be kicking himself for not scoring.

Matt Targett - 7

Good to see him back in the starting 11, and it was certainly a 90 minutes he needed

Sean Longstaff - 6

It wasn't his best showing, and was taken off early in the second half for Bruno.

Jonjo Shelvey - 7

Certainly looking to get back to his best. Shelvey came off very late as he looked to have a slight knock

Joelinton - 6

A frustrating game for Joelinton, who wasn't able to make it happen.

Elliot Anderson - 7

Certainly did his best to get involved in the game, and had two good opportunities to score. He went off for Miggy in the second half.

Allan Saint-Maximin - 6

A frustrating 90 minutes for Maxi who wasn't able to have the cutting edge against Palace

Chris Wood - 6

Not much to do for Wood in the 90

Subs: 6
